Recently, US Apple Export Council, India curated a dinner for the selected food bloggers using one key ingredient – Apples. Yes, from soup to salad to main course to dessert, every course of the meal had apples in it. I was one of the selected food bloggers who were brought together to have this amazing culinary experience by the Food Bloggers Association of India (FBAI). 

Clyde Comello, Chef de Cuisine at Theory, Lower Parel was the genius behind this curated menu and offered us a meal which was tasty, refreshing, out of the ordinary and very well made and balanced. Here’s the breakdown of the 4-course meal as an Instagram feature.

Needless to say that we all enjoyed this sit down dinner. I love the fact that an entire meal was curated with apple as the main ingredient. All the flavours were so well balanced. Be it something sweet with apples or something spicy or tangy with apples. Apples proved to be such a versatile fruit.
